Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@bebebow.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Your Right to Cancel 

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item
• You then have a further 14 days to return it

Items should be returned in good condition, with original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
